      Hi there,

      I signed up, the website was very slow and kept crashing. Bonus was not credited automatically so I had to contact live chat.
      Eventually I got through to someone, and they credited me with the bonus. However they have given me a 99x wagering requirement, Please see below.

      I played this bonus for over 500 but in cashier I have played for 11%  , but slots count for 10% or less???? Chat is very poor and software crash more and more, it's very bad casino!

      I would like to confirm the roll over is 50x for the NDB, and thats only for LCB fans! Everyone else gets it at 99x.

      I'm awake about 20 hrs of the days, so chances are I'll get to your email very quickly.

      Problems with payouts - not at all. We have been hit by fraud recently, and MicroGaming doing game checks, that may have slowed down a handful of payments (associated to fraud, and games played during the MicroGaming check).

      I just spoke to our head of support and he confirmed - "that it is 50X. The ₤10 is available in her bonus balance. "

      I think our support staff is so used to it being 99x that they just assumed!

      Really wouldn't waste your time with this casino.

      After recieving an email from the casino rep confirming my wagering was supposed to be 50x, I attempted to log into my account.

      Yet again, upon clicking the 'sign in' button and entering my details, I pressed enter, to be greeted with the message ''you are already logged in'' and it returning me to the homescreen.
      I was not logged in and had to go to live chat to have them reset my session...again.
      The re-login was after 2 days and since clearing cookies and history.
      I have had to go via live chat to log in all 4 times I have been on the website.

      When I finally got in, my wagering was still at 99x. Back to live chat...They just confirmed my wagering was 99x again. So I had to email and wait for a reply. After a bit of back and forth they finally reset my wagering to 50.

      Success! Well, it would have been, had the website not timed out on multiple occasions.
      It worked for a bit, I tried to load some games, to be greeted with a connection error message.
      Spoke to live chat and they said that the games were not currently working from one supplier.

      I rarely leave bad reviews, however this has been such an unpleasant experience from start to finish. Took me a couple of weeks to finally get my chip, had to waste a lot of time on live chat explaining the situation again and again, when I wanted to log in, when I wanted to adjust my wagering etc.

      It shouldn't be this difficult to play a chip. In all the casino's I have played (and there are at least a hundred), I have NEVER had this much trouble.
      I should of been on and off the casino in an hour or so  from signup. Yet here I am, spending more time with this casino.

      Please do not waste your time. 

      Communication is slow
      Chip was incorrect
      Had to log in via live chat
      Live chat couldnt help
      Had to email and wait for replies
      Games did not work
      Website kept timing out
      Multiple server issues

      I have gained similar experience with GR88 some weeks ago. Bonus was not credited. Then I have written up the Support via live chat. The employee wrote from unknown system mistakes and has asked me then to come again after 24 hours........
      After 24 hours were over, I wanted to log in to clear the matter. Unfortunately, unsuccessfully... Account was frozen. A safety measure towards users which could endanger the security of the casino... ;P  GR88 did not want to explain this more exactly to me and the decision is final....

      So I knew it for a long time... I´m a casinoterrorist,

      i create also a account for the 10 free. the code not work. but i emailed. one day later was creditet. but the game sucks. not working, microgaming not working, play n go not working...disconnected always. i have first google chrome then internet explorer. always bad. never deposit in this casino no fun.

      Hi Everyone,

      Firstly I wanted to apologise for the problems you have been experiencing. This isn't a normal day in the life of GR88. We are working with MicroGaming in resolving the problem - and this should be fixed shortly, if not already. The problem has to do with one our administrative servers which manages the bonuses.

      This couldn't have come at a worse time and caught us off guard.

      To put into perspective, its effected about 1% of players - but we strive for perfection and love 0% problems.

      I've run through the system and have managed to signup a number of times and received bonuses - so I'm hoping all is back to normal - will update firmly once I have word back from our techs.
