No i didn't get rich i got trouble.

I wrote down what to post here and it took me a long time so I will post it anyway......

Anybody wanna hear a strange,not based on, but true story?

The story itself, from start to end took 4 hours but i wasn't sure if i should share it (maybe you will understand) but after 3 hours of thinking, here it is.
It's a very very long and complicated story so this is the short,VERY SHORT version.

1. I claim the code.
2. Got it.
3. Ran into problems.
4. Went to Live Chat Support for help.
5. Assistant checked my account.
6. Couldn't find anything (as in absolutly nothing at all !!?!?!!) in their records.

That was the very short version. The chat alone took 45 minutes. Me getting more and more frustrated minute by minute, and the assistant more and more confused trying to find something that made sence, and who can blame him? A costumer (me) asking for help in a situation/problem that never have happend.

I'm not sure it would help me to ask LCB for help, meaning nothing of my story will show up in their records, except maybe the live chat, so I'll let you deside what to do.

Can anyone that read this blaim me for having doubts about posting it?

I didn't have problems with getting the free spins only with getting my winnings. They never turned up in my Bonus Balance. It's only about $8.39 but strange that Casino Cashier say i alread have claimed it when i tried one more time (and that is correct) but live support say i haven't.

I don't have any scree picture that say i can't get the free spin, I got one that say I already have claimed them.

We investigated further in regards to the player below:

The player did redeem the coupon, and played the spins, at 9.43AM on October 4th

The bonus was never added to his account, and we are looking into why

But usually, this is as a result of a conflict with another free spin offer that was already in the account but had never been fully redeemed. We´ll figure it out, but in the meantime we have added the amount he won - $8.39 - to the account.
