i created an account but the free 10$ is not credited to my account

i just registered and the 10 free was not there; teri01666 username. the chat marco.m was very rude saying this bonus doesnt exist. and he asked me why do i want a no deposit bonus anyway..very rude support. he later gave 12 free now just to let you know he tried not giving this bonus. i told him go to lcb.org its advertised there as 10free. he was very wrong to say to me no such bonus. now i feel no way will i argue for a bonus good luck with customers cause i will not be treated this way

The problem might have been that you werent linked to LCB and therefore the bonus was not credited automatically.
