        Im got pay in 3 days. . .They Only Payme $100 of $150 im request for whitdraw
        when im talk whit them say the bonus have 150$ max cashout so why they payme only $100?

        Im am a little dissapoint whit this casino. . .  

        The support are really fast and really nice people. the time of payment are great but im still dont understand why they deductme $50dls from my whitdraw im read the tos and dont talk about any fee in whitdraws-

        Im finally talk whit the support and chek the bonus and max cashout is $100 not $150  so im confused becouse im have 3 chat session whit different people of support saying the max cashout is $150. . .can talk and check this?

        How did you request your withdrawl? because wire transfer costs $45.00. Maybe thats why?...

        Hi, just  thought i would post my experience here...I received an email from these guys telling me tht because i was a member of their sister casino (slotocash) they made me an account. I won first place in the freeroll tournament which is 25.00…anyway i finished playthrough and any freebee from them has a max cashout of 150.00, which is fine by me. But…i requested a withdraw, money was then returned to my account, said i had to submit documents, not a problem. Then I am told by Trey (support assistant) that I can not play at this casino because im from canada…i explained tht they signed me up, not me, he went on to say there must be a glitch inn the system and i should not have been signed up. So i was needless to say ticked off. Then a friend of mine (from canada), talks to support and they say as long as they signed us up and not ourselves then its ok. Anyway long story even longer, ive been waiting for nearly 2 weeks now to get a simple reply from a manager as to wether or not i can play. When i contact live help they just say they will let me know as soon as they know.

        We were given the wrong info regarding max cashout. The max cashout is actually $100.

        Salomonm however was paid $150 according to the rep, to make good on the mistake.

        lol. well i was repeatedly told by that live help i was angered and just played the money. So lets see if i can win on another free roll and go from there. Thank you for helping me out on this...as i was getting nowhere.
