      Did anybody managed to make something here.
      I have made 1000 euro and they told me that I only get 150
      not a problema but are they to be trust?

      an update about withdraw here.
      Saturday I received  an answer about my documents . They requested me more doc.
      After those they told me that are not ok becouse I only have mobile phone bill on my name and asked for my bank statement.Yesterday I gived them that exactly how I gived to other sites and they told me that is black and white(thats the way that my online statement is).
      Now I wait again for a response.
      But realy I don't have a lot of hope becouse they seem very shady.
      I have a hope becouse they don't want deposit for the withdraw (so what will be the catch if they don't pay?)

      They said they accepted my documents.
      When I entered to make the withdraw it shows 0 at my balance.
      And I had 200 euro there.I made large bets a lot off them maybe the wagering was bad evn if they said that my wagering is complete.
      It wasn't in my interest to play becouse I had 200 and they said that I can withdraw only 150 .
      This is the history off my bets and they answer exactly after I made my last bet.
      They waited to lose all.

      You mentioned in a previous post that "150 not a problem" so not sure what your complaint is.  Mostly likely the bonus was deducted from cash-out. Did you wager your winnings before withdrawal was processed?

      I didn't had any real money in my account evn if I had 200 that is the problem.
      And if you look at the chat and the history you will understand what I'm saying.
      Every time when I contacted them before the validation of my doc they were at the chat in less then a minute.Yesterday they waited exactly the moment when I made my last bet from the ammount off 200 that I have left in my account.

      I'm sorry becouse my english is not the best but maybe you will understand.

      Received email on saturday that documents still aren't ok. Send them bill and my bank statement for proof of address all ready and I think that this is enough. Probably they are avoiding to process my withdrawal, it's been 2 weeks now from first send documents.

      Melcb are you shore that they are legit casino? This process is taking to much time. I've send all requested documents and still weren't ok. Never had a problem with my documents at other casinos and I have been asked few times for them.
