      Awful experience with this casino.

      I registered on Thursday. By friday morning they had not appeared so I contacted live chat. A friendly representative told me that spins are added after 24 hours on new accounts. I waited 24 hours and nothing was added. I went back to live chat and they said they had spoke to promotions and it will be applied within 1 hour. It had not appeared.

      I contacted live chat again and they said there was nothing that they could do and I must email support. They were very unhelpful and would not even look into my account like the previous representative did. So I have emailed to no response.

      Went back to live chat this morning and they said they will not be active sometime on Monday (4 days after sign up). I doubt that when I log in monday there will be any spins there.

      No one seemed to want to help on live chat. Considering I am a new player you think they would do more to try and build a good customer service reputation.

      quick question from the rep, i joined from the LCB link, waited 24 hours never got the free spins, after a week live help promised they will be credited within 24 hours definitely. Never got them,

      After 3 days went to live help asked them why haven't they been credited the agent just didnt reply for 5-10 mins and i gave up and left the chat.

      Got on the live help again asked the question the agent didn't reply for 5 mins as soon as i was about to close the chat i get a reply
      'No free spins for you' promotion is finished

      Now I dont mind the promotion finishing and me not getting the free spins but the manner I was handled would make sure I never waste my money at your casino as I only play mostly for fun with deposits of 30-50 pounds and nothing big and I doubt I would have any fun with such customer service.

      I am a customer assistant in retailing myself and we are told no matter what the customer says you nod and smile and mine was just a question and they weren't being honest at first and then ignorant and then outright rude.

      But what i dont understand it it took them a month in total and a false promise and then rude customer service to tell me promotion has ended

      If they had said that in the start or in a nice way like most other casino's do I wouldn't be bothered to write a whole paragraph here just for spins worth 2.5 quid

      And honestly I was looking for a new casino to try that day and I ended up depositing at Boyle casino which turned out great for me and made a nice profit of 2k

      But if they had not been rude i would have tried them and could have lost 50 quid that i deposited at boyle.

      This is no way to attract new business as the quicker the businesses grow they fall even quicker, think recession.

      I have forwarded your feedback to the rep - hopefully he can have a chat with support and tell them to get their act straight.
