they had a look at your account and say you are not linked to LCB, which means the bonus would not be credited. Make sure to have your cookies enabled and then clear your pc's cookies before signing up.

I've won on 15th of March, send my docs, passed verbal, deposited - made everything to withdraw, my docs were approved - but since that NOTHING

Live chat told me to contact my manager Jack, who didn't respond on any of 10 of my emails, after that they told to contact payments department directly at payments@topazeonline.com - when I contacted payments they asked one more time for my docs, 45 days have passed and they are asking for docs again - nice joke, yes?

I did send my docs once again on 30th of April, and since than - SILENCE, nobody replies to my emails
