    Do you think this could have happened this way?

    According to a a new study, co-authored by planetary scientist Erik Asphaug, our current moon may have been formed when a smaller moon that orbited Earth crashed into it.
    This explains why the two sides of the current moon are so different.
    Just thought it was so amazing!
