    Very flexible indeed.  Look at the muscles in her arms - she will probably live to well over 100.

    What do you do to keep fit Nan?



    I don't particularly do any exercise other than busy chasing after my monkey boy. grin
    Despite the fact that he keeps me busy running around I can't seem to stay fit because every time I get stressed, I have a habit of eating even middle of the late night.
    I would love to lose those few annoying pounds. smiley

    OOoh - sounds like you're a comfort eater Nan.  I'm sure your little monkey does keep you really fit and busy and I remember very well how much hard work young children are.

    When we finally get together, you will have to watch out how I may influence you to eat at late night but then again, you don't have to worry about those extra few pounds.
