Heavenly angels, guardian angels that sit on our shoulders and keep us out of harms way. Some times angels appear only in our darkest hours. They go unnoticed as they protect us when we need it most.
There is also said to be the warrior angel. The mightest angel of all. When protection is needed up against the most dangerous situations, the warrior comes to our rescue.
Others feel that there is no such thing. We manage to stuggle through life and we our own guardians in life. We are the keepers of our destiny with no interventions.
I would like to believe there is angels among us. It brings me solace and comfort when i most need it.
Do you believe in angels?
Angels are they among us?

- Lips.. Oh yes i beleive.. Angels.. Miracles..
I was very young when i had my daughter, struggled tremendously..
So much i didn't know, so much guidance needed, barely the support
of her father.. you can't imagine raising a child so young, needing work
at such a young age, no experience, etc with it all, well.. there were times of no food, no lights, no gas, one or all of the utilities were absent.
One time all i had was some flour, baking soda, a little sugar, borrowed some shortening and baking powder, i was embarresed and ashamed i borrowed enough from the neighbors, so deciding to make some tortillas.. its all i could do with it, and i knew tortillas were filling for me and her..
Put it all together and made the dough, both of us were kneading and rolling
the dough into.. "map" looking totillas, cooking them all along smiling and enjoying the little we had to eat, as we were making them i said out loud
"I wish we had a rolling pin, that would help".. if you ever made tortillas they arent easy looool, my daughter replied, "yea mommy i wish we had one too" both exhausted from trying to roll out and flatten this dough..
After we made some and filled our stomaches, i cleaned up the mess, wash the utensils, grabbed the trash and went to the dumbster..
As i lifted the bag, to my eyes and to surprise was a brand new rolling pin
sitting right there on top of the dumpster rim..
Now tell me ANYONE how many times have you seen a rolling pin in the dumpster new or old? Tis was a one in a million coincidence.. No..
Right there my thoughts were it had to of been an Angel.. One looking down on us... along with some many other personal thoughts.
My daughter even at her young age realizing what happened was speechless and understanding of what came before us.
It taught me if you work hard enough, stay humble you will get what you need to always make it, and from that day forth alot of good fortune came our way it was the last time we were without.
Hey, I got an Xmas story that made me look heavenward.

Couple years ago
Xmas Eve. Ridiculously poor. (there was an 800$ water leak under our house we couldn't afford).Anyway...no money for gifts, food, bills...we were entertaining at my place for Xmas; the family drove down. And I had ZERO cash and was upset.
My mom said, hey, come to the land bases casino with me (one down the street from my house) and I'll throw ya $60 bucks to play. Needless to say, I played pennies.
On 20 cents, I hit the bonus round on a progressive game. Picked the right doo-dad guy, got the mini ....12 bucks or so.
Next round...picked the right doo-dad guy of a hundred selections. Got the second progressive. 30 bucks or something.
3rd round.....right guy again..omgomgomg...like 300 bucks
I was stoked.
Final round. One in 100 or something chances. Hit the right one
The big jackpot
Gave my mom $1250, said hey, Merry Xmas....paid my bills, went, Xmas Eve shopping for pressies..WOOTWOOT Xmas was saved
THERE was an angel somewhere that day!!!
- What inspirational stories Imagin and 13. I know there just has to be a higher power among us!!
No matter how big or small, whether its a rolling pin or lots of $ they are miracles!!And yes Gene and Deb there are definately living angels among us!!
I remember when i had just started a new job. I did not have two nickels to rub together and had not even got my first pay check. It was lunch time and i was soooo hungry, i remember thinking i wish i had $5.00 to eat. I went for a walk, when i saw something blowing across the sidewalk. My eyes opened wide, i could not believe what i saw........a $5 bill!!! Needless to say i ate and my tummy was full!
Was that a coincidence? No wayyyyyyyyy!!! That was the work of something much bigger than you or i!!
