    If you don't have one, possibly you can search online images for one you like. There are some sites that offer a library of avatars. Just do a search for avatars and there will be tons of them. A couple popular ones are avatarsdb.com and avatarity.com.

    You can save it to your documents or desktop and upload it to your profile. Select "Forum Profile" Information and "I will upload my own picture:".
