I am looking for input from anyone who has withdrawn winnings from SlotsPlus Casino. I am in the US...Phoenix, AZ to be exact. I hit a great winning streak and requested a cashout on 3/31/07 of $5,000 and then again on 4/2/07 of $4,000. Naturally with that much money on the line I am nervous about receiving the funds.
It is now 4/19/07 and I have yet to get a straight answer regarding when I am going to receive my winnings...just polite e-mail responses saying that with a US player it takes 2 to 3 weeks to process...well it has been 20 days and no indication in my user account of a pending withdrawl!!
Any info would be greatly appreciated...... ::)
Thanks for the vote of confidence with SlotsPlus sister casino....I hope they will honor my wins and cash out my requests. As for the games...on this particular win, I played the same slot game all weekend and just kept cashing out when I was over a certain dollar amount. The slot is "Aladdin's Wishes". It still remains my favorite.

It is me again wondering about the cash out at SlotsPlus Casino. I sure hope you are right in your assessment that they will send my money very soon because I have been getting the run around like crazy this past week and I am very frustrated.
I was wondering if there is anyone or anywhere we online gamers can go to report issues with the casinos?

Are you in the US as well? I have been e-mailing them everyday and the last response I received from them was on 4/30/07 saying that they cannot issue a check even from their Royal Bank of Canada account and that they cannot send anything to my EWallet Express account and they decided on their own not to send a western union because they said the limit was $450 per transaction and with the amount I am waiting for it would take a long time to complete.
At this rate I would be willing to take some money by western union just to get some funds moving. Have you tried talking to them on the phone yet?

I am in New Jersey - at first they told me that it takes 3 weeks to process withdrawals for U.S. players because of the new legislation. When I asked "what legislation?" I suddenly lost the online chat person (coincidence?) I don't think so. I waited the 3 weeks and called them. They said that they have no control over the withdrawals, that is done by the financial department. I asked to speak to someone in the financial department and they would not allow me to do so. Every time I go to the live chat or call I get the same old story - it takes three weeks and I have no idea when your time is coming. All I could get out of a girl named Jennifer is that I will receive an email when they process my withdrawal.
To be honest with you, I think they know that there is nothing we can do to legally get our winnings because the U.S. Government has banned online gambling. It would be like trying to sue a drug dealer who ripped you off. I am afraid we are at their mercy and it makes me very very mad. They don't mind taking our money, knowing full well that if we win they will never have to pay us. The fact that you have waited so long makes me realize that I should not expect my money any time soon either.
I have been thinking about a couple of things. First, asking them if they would be willing to transfer my winnings into another casino (where I know they pay their winners) but I am quite sure that the answer would be no. I have also been thinking about asking them to reverse my withdrawal and put the winnings back into my account. Once there, I could print a copy of the page showing my balance and see if that holds any water legally, but I also doubt that. My final option is to find out where they are and ask them if I fly to their location if I can pick up my winnings. I would love to hear the answer to that question.
Best of luck to you and we need to notify each other if we get any satisfaction at all so that we can work together against these bandits.

I am sorry you are experiencing the same problem as I am. I have e-mailed the financial department everyday this week with no response. I think you are right..they know there is nothing we can do. I did forward all my e-mail chains from the e-mails this week to the support e-mail and I told them that I was going to make it a personal mission to find every forum, website and blog out there where I could get the word out to US players that this is the way the Main Street Vegas Groups treats their customers and not to play at any of their casinos.
I also told them that I have already found "several" other people that are experiencing the same run around as me so I do not believe any of their crap e-mails. We shall see if I receive any response at all to the latest communication. I think they are located in Antigua, but of course without a brick and morter location their servers could be anywhere, but I would like to see how they respond to the offer of flying to their location to pick up your winnings!!
