It seems that the full skeleton of a dinosaur from the Jurassic period, found in Wyoming, is going up for auction in Europe. Her name is Misty and she's the first full skeleton to go up for sale in Europe with an estimated value of £400,000 to £600,000 ($640,000 to $960,000).
There's something about this that bothers me. I feel like these sort of things should be in museums not someone's home as a show piece. Call me crazy.
What do you think about this or any other historic artifacts being sold to the public? Does it depend on what it is or is it the sheer size of a dinosaur that makes it seem so wrong?
