A drunk man was recently arrested in Georgia after he left his dog in the car in the sweltering heat. Police responded to the call with the outside temp at 99 degrees and the 123 degrees in the hot car in front of a Bell's Food Store.
There was also a can of gasoline in the car that reeked of fumes when the police open the door.
When the drunk driver Wesley Mark Terrell, 60 came out of the store, police asked him if he drove while intoxicated and he said no his dog drove him there to buy some corn.
He was arrested for a DUI and animal cruelty.
