I can understand why they forbid online  gambling, they dont want american money to go out of the country. Gambling online is making billions of dollars every  year from USA players( I mean before the ban)
  • It's a such a joke!! To outlaw online gambling but offer it locally at casinos. Double-standard if I ever heard of one. The money I'm making of off sportsbooks, poker, and casinos is giving me the freedom to pursue my music career without having to get a real job. I want to move back to the states but then I wouldn't have the time or the energy required to succeed in the music industry. I'll probably end up moving to Mexico and living right on the border. Then I could just hop right on over to Texas!!

Yes, thats a good question, how cna they offer gambling offline at casinos. But the online gambling is banned. If they want their funds to stay in USA they can let the americans bet online on american sites...

  • I do believe we "use" to have Freedom of Speech..who knows now, anymore? Instead of taking gambling away from us,why can't they focuse more on "others" turning the United States Flag upside down in front of our court house? Why not focus on how on more important issues that are going on in our country. Who knows, maybe "someone" in the white house, some, maybe, important "icon"? lost alot of money on one of our online casinos and became "upset" and desided,"I'll show them, by gosh"... shocked..I don't know about anyone else, but playing slots is my way out from sitting and listening to how many of our boys have been hurt or died in Iraq. Just even if it is for 30 mins playing gives me the relief of not thinking of negative sad news,we are all subject to have to listen to. Maybe we should all get together and raise a Casino Flag on a pole. ::)

  • What will happen if they decide to do the same in other countries. We will all be screwed. I can see it happening. Why not. May be we will have to go to gamble in some African country where the gambling is still legal.

  • Maybe you should go in Europe, but not in Africa? wink

    Not in France wink

  • Its all made for the casinos. They want more money so if there isnt online gambling more money will come to them.

Agree with you. In my opinion country such as America should allow to play poker, because its democratic country.
In spite of this some rooms allow players from America and I think its right decision!

They allow, but we have to make deposits with epassporte, we cant use direct credit card deposit.

Ok, I see. Anyway its unfair that USA players cant play poker comfortable.
  • I wonder about something, if depositing with usa credit cards is banned then what about if they drive to Canada and get a card there? The americans will be able to deposit with the canadian card.

Im not sure if usa citizens can order canadian credit card. I think you need to have canadian id for that.
  • USA need to change many things, starting from stopping the war first, the gambling can wait, its not the most important thing

  • Haha....I pulled this one up from 2007!! Let's see whose predictions are right! It'll be interesting to see.
    cool

And just what would you plan on doing when you reached Texas? Hop on a bus and head to Louisiana like the rest of us? There's no gambling in Texas!
