    Hi Members,

    I went to bed last night and woke with about 5 hours sleep. A few nights ago i slept 4 hours! For me the issue is not being able to sleep. That is not a problem for me. You can throw me on a clothes line and i will pass out.

    I can sleep on the couch, a chair, the floor, or the back of a pick truck and i am out like a light in less than 5 minutes. My problem is i don't know when to go to bed. If i go before midnite, that is a rare moment.

    I have to have at least 6 hours sleep in order to feel bright eyed and bushy tailed in the morn!!!! Anything less than that and I'm running on adrenaline.

    How much sleep to get at night?

    Hey Lips,  4 hours isn't too bad. hehe  I have stayed up all night on more than one occasion GAMBLING.  I find myself nodding of and waking up to SLOTS! hehe

    I'll "sometimes" sleep from 10pm to 5-6 am, but lately I'm sleeping worn_outm-3-4am and then (After 3-4 cups of coffee) I may lay down some more.

    I guess the body is getting used to this "Extended" unemployment but still waiting for some good news..Soon would be good smiley

    I've got a brother...When he was a toddler, he could fall asleep just on the floor! smiley Now he's 20 and I should say since that time nothing changed! lol But now it can be a bath, a car...
    I'm just visa-versa! smiley As for number of hours...I need 8 hours at least, 9's just perfect! smiley
    Do you know that if women want to look fresh and beautiful in the morning we should fall asleep from 11pm to midnight! I wonder how badly I look every day!?! lol

    that's really funny lips, i had to buy an extra bottle of eye drops just to see anything...sleeping 3-4 hours a night is starting to wear this vampire down...i see nothing...i know nothing! smiley

    I remember the book written about JJ Armes (Handicapped private investigator who has made headlines in the past and is a major success)

    That guy would sleep only 4 hours a night!! I just can't do that..Even when young, I could go 24-48 hours, but now..No way there.
