I went to bed last night and woke with about 5 hours sleep. A few nights ago i slept 4 hours! For me the issue is not being able to sleep. That is not a problem for me. You can throw me on a clothes line and i will pass out.
I can sleep on the couch, a chair, the floor, or the back of a pick truck and i am out like a light in less than 5 minutes. My problem is i don't know when to go to bed. If i go before midnite, that is a rare moment.
I have to have at least 6 hours sleep in order to feel bright eyed and bushy tailed in the morn!!!! Anything less than that and I'm running on adrenaline.
How much sleep to get at night?
