I'm just done with it all

Well it's been one hell of a ride online.
It's been up and down, up and down, mostly down, but hey it's gambling.
Tonight was the topping on the cake.  It's the holiday, I'm getting some extra time away from work.  So therefore I was bored and felt like celebrating a bit.  I made some deposits into 2 of my favorite online casinos tonight.
Long story short, one bonus barely worked, because they made a mistake on not activating it.  Then when they put it in manually, it was for more playthru than what I had agreed to in the original e-mail. They said that was the best they could do, end of story.
I ended up arguing with support for about 15 minutes over it, and long story short.  I ended up getting very upset with them.  Got my account locked and things didn't go over well there. (Apparently getting upset at poor casino support, gets your locked, because the casino is always in the right, but wait it gets better)
Then I went over to another casino, played with just straight cash.  I ended up busting out, then went to claim my cashback.  The cashback was just for way less than what I was expecting.  So once again I argued with that support, well since I had already had issues with another casino.  I had a shorter fuse for this one.  So things got out of hand real quick.  Chat was terminated, again I was kicked out of the casino client.  Now I gotta wait until Tuesday to get resolution from upper management on either case.
I realize it's the weekend, and most casinos barely put any upper support staff in place.  Mainly because most upper management work business hours and not weekends.  Yet I would think for any online casino, wouldn't it be busier on the weekend versus Monday thru Friday?  Maybe I'm wrong and just thinking in brick and mortar terms.  So why not have them off on slow days, versus when I would think they would be the busiest.
In situation #1,  I would have rather had them tell me, we can't properly credit the bonus.  Can you wait until promtions is in, so we can get your bonus properly credited.  Then increasing the wagering requirements by 20 times.  I would have been upset, but at least I wouldn't have the extra playthru in the end.
As for the cashback, I realize it's a courtesy, as with the the bonuses period.  To extend my play time while I'm playing online.  Yet why offer them if we can't have properly trained staff to get these sort of issues fixed when they arise.
So on either note, after having both of my accounts locked.  I have just decided it's better to write off online gaming period.  I just can't handle the hoops and hurdles I have to jump thru just to make things work for me.  To deposit takes a miracle these days, to withdrawal takes an act of god to have it happen.  Plus the fees for withdrawals are just getting way out of hand.
I realize as being a US player, there is a risk to allowing me to play.  Yet common, you just can't keep whacking us with fee, after fee, after fee, and expect us to still happily play.  It's hard enough to win, so why absorb the fee and pay us what we have won?  Then to wait a week, 2 weeks, sometimes a month to get your winnings is just ridiculous.
Thank for you providing me with several online options to play.  Yet I think from the point forward it's brick and mortar for me.  Plus I'm sure with the money I would save by not playing online.  Will help me in the long run as well.

I can understnad completely your frustration.  Being in the US limits you to the casinos that you can play at for a start off and then, as you say, all the fees....makes for a frustrating time.

I hope this doesn't mean you won't participate on the forum any more?  I'd be sad to see you go.

Oh I do, I enjoy the land based gaming section.  I wish it was a bit more active than it is, but it's fun to post the various videos I find online of nice wins.
Plus I do like posting the occasion pic of a win I've had here and there from land based slots.
Just as for online gaming, until New Jersey or somewhere else opens it's borders for any US state to play.  I just can't take it any longer.
As I ranted before, last withdrawal cost me $180 of my winnings, took way too long for the amount I paid to get that withdrawal, and it wasn't even for the full amount.
Plus now apparently like I said, arguing with support has put me over the edge.

I really feel for you and rest of the US folks ... You guys have to jump through too many hoops.  And i agree any serious casino should have their CS top notch especially on weekends when a lot of players actually have spare time to gamble.
