In Oklahoma a man sets ups a gory Halloween scene that is so realistic a neighbor calls 911:

Johnny Mullins dark humor has put him under a lot of scrutiny with some saying it should be removed because it will scare the neighborhood kids.

What do you think, is this going too far or a brilliant way to put the scare in Halloween?

I'm all for decorating, it's alittle over the top because its soooo realistic. If I were to drive by I would think it were real and never just decoration.

It looks scarily realistic and I'm sure children will be suitably petrified by the sight in front of them.  I think it's a lot over the top.

I think it's great; yes, very realistic, but that makes it even better.

If there were some other Halloween decorations around the house then it would be a bit easier to take but just a murder scene without any pumpkins or spookiness to soften the blow is wayyyyyy to much for me.

You make a great point froggy, if there was (and maybe there is) more decorations than maybe passer-by would get it.

I put out a great deal of decorations and they are far from "cutesy" with a coffin, electric chair, creepy crosses with old pics of children etc. I have seen kids walk by with this kinda scared look on their faces. Some of the wee little ones are afraid to come up the walk during trick or treating.

I love the scare factor but if all they have is a couple of bloody corpse in the drive-way it is a far stretch for decorating without any other decor. But i kinda like it lmaooooooooooo!

Sounds creepy Lips, I really get into decorating myself. You know you did a good job when people are afraid to enter the yard!
