    Well yes Ema - maybe it does mean emma smiley, but yes i do like it, will be useful for new members to quickly press chat with us and get help to what they are looking for on the forum, or what ever other reasons it is for smiley

    But maybe it is not very noticeable, maybe it should say LCB Live Support, instead of it saying Chat With Us tongue

    Why would this be a prank / April 1'st joke? I can't find any explanation why you would consider this a joke. I find it as a very nice idea and a helpful tool and way to communicate instead of sending PM's for example or starting unuseful posts/threads. Well done, LCB smiley
