I claimed win a day 3$ reward chips i hope it will be ok i really dont know about the 30 days are over or not

Yes that's correct.  Congrats on the Slotocash credit too - not many of those are granted.

In 2015 I definately fit into the $10 category.

This year, 2016, my cash claims have been very few.

I was hoping that maybe, each year, a members account could be reevaluated for their cash claims and not be continually penalized, year after year, for one year of a high ratio of cash claims

In my case and I'm sure I wasn't alone, in  2015, there were very few casinos I played at offering a Chip or Spins in the "LCB Rewards Shop." 

Happily, things are changing for the US player, like myself with many new Bitcoin Casinos accepting US players, or existing US casinos now offering Bitcoin deposit and withdrawal, not to mention all the many, new chips /spins of the added Casinos in the "LCB Rewards Shop," I now have a lot of new choices!

Hope you'll consider my request.

thanks for your suggestion Jade. It does make sense and we will soon be updating the rules. We have made that rule due to an increased abuse by a lot of members, so we will update it shortly in good faith it wont be abused again.

Rule 14 has been updated with the highlighted text below

14. This rule is to be applied to contest winnings too, all in accordance with rule 13.

This is a good move for long standing members.  As soon as January 2017 arrives, it's as though all members had claimed zero cash items and resets every January 1st.

As you're aware, I have written to you and I've now queried the denial.

 I know LCB feels it is free money being given and i know i have claimed beyound and over the (free ) money given using pay pal. Usually when someone posts a thought i have seen where the shop is taken away so i was going to just not use the $64 i have aquired thru contests. After given it much thought, i came to the conclusion that it is not free. After posting or entering contests to gather points you go deposit at a casino, most times between $20 and $25 to be able to use the shop credit which costs vary. After trying to win money that is capped at $100 usually you fail miserbly and is very lucky indeed to succeed. You come back and claim pay pal or bitcoin or what ever with your shop credits and get the $25 back you would have had anyway if you did not deposit. Good program for some but not for others. With the way it is looking in the USA with different deposit options going up in flames it is very hard to get a deposit in. Just yesterday i recieved an email from bit coin, bye bye bitcoin vouchers. I guess until casinos come up with a good way to deposit and recieve funds most USA players are sunk. The only place left really is Winaday for me and one other casino that has found a shaky way but we will leave that alone. I love Winaday but it is very hard to win on their slots(wouldn;t be gambling if it was easy). 

As the saying goes, opinions are like butts, everyone has one. I will quietly go away now and leave you guys to the discussion. I will not reply to this thread again, I think i have covered my thoughts well. I am sorry if some do not agree, again, just my 2 cents. If you want to you can PM me.

so worst case scenario you get to play for free. as u say u make a deposit of $20-$25 , and later on you can claim the same $25 from LCB.

and re-use that money to deposit at a casino again and again.

And in the process you :

a. get a chance to win from that free deposit 

b. get a free chip through the shop for making a deposit 

if this aint free i dont know what is. true you have to contribute to LCB through comments , posts etc so here you may argue its  not "free". but we were all doing this long before having the shop.

Yes you do.  Whilst your cash items are reset to nil, the requirement for $5 in between remains.

You need to read rules 13 and 14 together as one relates to the other.

In other words, you still must have sucessfully spent $5 in between each cash purchase.  The amount you can claim in a month is not limited only if they are contest winnings but you must still spend $5 in between each claim.

Now i understand, that the rule is the same for monthly contest winning only exception is the time between cashouts (the rule of a week between every cashout). Thanks for this quick answer.

I had deposited in intertops casino (the e-wallet of global site of intertops) and I played with this deposit at intertops classic casino via tranfer chips (intern method in intertops). I ask if I'm eligible to purchase the intertops red casino chips of LCB shop or not ?? (I never deposited directly in intertops red casino).

If your deposit was within the last 90 days, no reason not to give it a try - I can but try for you.  If it was more than 90 days ago when you deposited, you definitely will not qualify so no point in purchasing the chip..

Any credits you earn in the first 3 months must be spent on casino chips only from the shop in the first place. Once you have done that, you can start purchasing cash items from the shop.  I recommend to read the rules in the first post of this thread thoroughly.

And a little mind just came to me about Everum casino. It would be great if they will nake agreement with LCB about some shop items to spend in there casino. The casino is really great by the way.

Betchan and Limoplay were removed earlier this week at their request; please see the "Please read before spending your credits...." thread - I update all info about chips in and out of the shop in there.  The reason given was no new signups however, their terms raised a  lot of complaints so in a way, I'm relieved that they have gone although members who liked these casinos and deposited regularly, will be very disappointed.

As for Everum - yes I can ask the question and see if they would like to enter the shop.

"Prizes" are not fake.  It was 3 days and I apologized for the delay.   It was denied because you accumulated funds during your first 3 months which you had not spent on casino chips (as per the shop rules) and I advised you of this last time you purchased a cash item but you had not resolved the problem.  As I see it, you have now resolved the problem and we have discussed this.

Rule 8 refers to new members and the rewards you earn during those first three months of membership.  Everything you accumulated during your first 3 months must be spent on casino chips only from the shop before you can purchase a cash item.  Once you have spent that, you can then purchase a cash item. 

You buy the chips from the Shop which you can find here https://lcb.org/shop.  Click on "buy now" and enter your account number/email or username in thr box provided.

If you wish to purchase casino chips without having to deposit, I recommend Sotland, Winaday, Fruity Casa, Diamond World and Vegas Play.  None of these require a deposit in order to qualify.
