That is pretty pathetic, but what is more pathetic is the neighbor making fun of this poor man who was mentally impaired. This jerk is the reason this man was laughing to begin with out sheer nerves to deflect the cruelty.

The whole story all the way around just makes ya scratch your head!

I read that story also, and it is pretty amazing the lengths people will go to to try to mess with other people.  And why?  Just because they can?

I don't understand this type of behavior, and it seems to be happening more and more often.  Or perhaps it's just that it is being reported on more often.  What ever happened to people being nice to other people?

They said it best, idiots! My God, I could see a stupid neighbor but stupid police and judges? There must be more to it?

How bout that tip? Wow that's cheap. The standard is like 18%-20%. Carrying 85 pizzas is worth more than 10 bucks. I'd be pretty miffed too.

This is a pretty incredible story.  Surely the police, courts and judges have a better way to spend their valuable and expensive time.

The story is quite unbelievable, I didn't think you could get into trouble with the law for laughing.

But beyond the story, I'm quite surprised to see so-called journalists calling people idiots on TV, definitely not the kind of journalism I was taught in school.

Quite sad, I think that in general people are treating each other really badly. It's the same thing about the tip for the pizza guy... it shows a disrespect for his job.
