The casinos can refuse shop items if you don't comply with the terms of each indiviudal chip.  So for example Miami Club - last action must be a minimum $20 deposit without taking a bonus to qualify - if you don't comply with that, they will deny it.

You never told me at the time that you couldn't redeem it (September).

I send the code not the casino.  I have codes for the $20 chip and the spins.  If members have not deposited, they can't redeem it and then members usually tell me that they cannot redeem it.  In some cases, a manual credit by the casino takes place (monthly crossover) but in all cases, members who cannot redeem the code will usually tell me and ask for a refund.

Can someone help me with a shop purchase issue?

I reside in America, and signed up for an account at 7bitcasino unaware that this site restricts play from the USA. Last week, as I was browsing a different "no deposit bonus" site (i forgot the name of the site), I came across a link which stated that 7bitcasino was offering a no deposit bonus for new sign-up accounts INCLUDING players from the usa.  So, I signed up, and left the site before redeeming the bonus, because I had to run an errand.  The following day, friday, Dec 2nd, I finally accumulated $5 in LCB credits. So, I visit your shop page, and redeem the $20 - 7bitcasino option, still under the impression that this site accept usa players. I provided my name, and login information. Now, I check my account at 7bitcasino to see if my credits posted and nothings there. So, I figured that I would complete the registration  while I wait for the credits to post. Then, I noticed that USA was not listed in the  drop-down option for country. 

So, how do I get my LCB credits?

When you purchase each chip - the terms are there for you to read and each one is different.  I would say that they are classed as no deposit bonuses as generally, a deposit is required in between to claim them again.

If a bonus free deposit is required to qualify and you take a bonus with your deposit or after you have deposited (i.e. free spins or chip credited by the casino), it is likely your request will be denied.
