We have all heard that oysters are an aphrodisiac but what other foods put love birds in the mood?
Chili Peppers – the heat stirs up the endorphins that speed up heart rate makes us break a sweat similar to when um err……your aroused!
Avocado – this fruit is rich with loads of vitamin E which plays an important part in giving us youthful vigor and high energy.
Chocolate – (my personal weakness) – not only is it the taste but the aroma can cause a spike in dopamine which heightens the feelings of pleasure.
Honey – The word “honeymoon” didn’t get its name for nothing! It contains boron that instrumental in regulated estrogen and testosterone hormone levels.
Coffee– caffeine is a stimulant and revs up the heart rate. One study concluded that coffee could put women in the da mood!
Watermelon – Ok guys listen up this fruit is supposed to have Viagra like effects that relax blood vessels and improve circulation.
Olive Oil – the Greeks believed it made them more virile with monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats that are important to a healthy heart, blood flow and hormones.
Pumpkin Seeds – loaded with magnesium it helps to raise testosterone levels.
Pine Nuts – High in zinc it helps to promote a healthy sex drive.
