NO LONGER ACCEPT LIES FROM SO CALLED TOP CLASS SITES HERES THE TRUTH

When I first fell in love with the spinning reels I only ever played at Betfred, why just one site.  Well the answer is simple am a scotsman living in england a uk citezen so who am a trust ... suerly the 2nd biggest bookmaker in the uk if not THE BIGGEST come on there pros respectable HONEST,,.. sorry a nearly choked typing that. Well a had a ongoing problem with them for months and they basically lied to me on more occassions than a can remember and it was not just 1 of ther staff but all of them and we are talking about V.I.P MANAGERS HERE... You might think that my words are very harsh but there all true and am not adding any bits on to make it sound worse than the whole truth and nothing but. You may ask why am a writing this now and not earlyer,, the reason for that is simple a was wet behind the ears a newbie or as betfred must have looked at me a mug a dafty.... You see after a while a noticed a pattern forming things would happen like,,, the slot a was playing well the wee tunes they play the sound effects well a would notice it was if the tune was stuck,,, then after a bit a also realised that when this happenned all spins would loose not just loose no matter how much money you had it would empty you then the second it did  BLING a message would appear INTERNAL SERVER ERROR not with a number after it just internal server error and you could not spin or shut the slot down all likke frozen so what do you then do,,,, thats right customer service ( by the way do you actually know what a internal server error is go goggel it) I couldnt contact customer service as beleve it or not a was logged out so the slot had been taking all the money keeping it and I was not on the site,, yes folks I did log in and do wht you do when you go to any site,,, But I most certanly never loged myself out and continued to play  and nor was I even aware that I was logged out, and on another occassion i won free spins and yeah a was watching them as i played and 2 very big wins came in infact a few hundred pound of which a seen with my own eyes,, but for some strange reason it hit me with £20 so yeah a complained. So the text book answers were giving to me by customer service at betfred and yes a do mean text book this is a book that all staff must be issued with because 20 diffrent customer srvice agents would never pharse there answers word for word exactly the same unless they had read it from the same book,,you must of hered them clear cookies and your cache ect,,, DO YOU KNOW THAT THERE STRAWS TO GRASP AT the chances of any they things working to solve the problem are about the same as you winning the national lottery twice FACT GOGGEL IT. The honest truth is that somthing has went so drastactly wrong the fault is so massive it cant tell you what has went wrong,, Hence INTERNAL SERVER ERROR  with no numbers after it,,, THERE HAS BEEN A MASSIVE AND A MEAN A MASSIVE BREAKDOWN IN COMMUNICATIONS AT THERE END AND THEY ARE FULLY RESPONSABLE FOR IT NOT YOUR CACHE NOR YOR COOKIES,,  This would keep happing to me at betfred and the money which was lost guys is of no small sum we are into roughly a coupel a grand,, but the fact is it was not lost IT WAS STOLEN BY BETFRED sue me fred but a dont think you will even wont to disscusse this on hear never mind in a court of law and by god it hurts and angers me that you have a licencen to do so, One time they told me a was being logged out out because that was the law you are only allowed to play 40 minutes and once they showed there guilty by putting a pathitic £50 in my account "JUST TO SHOW GOOD WILL STEPHEN" the point is the problem was not being fixed as it happened to many times which means that ther site was in no fit state to host slot machines never mind take money from folks to play,, they would get back to me say there tech guys found nothing and it was all my fault and that I was the only person in the whole world this happened to, Well a found out the truth to night because it happend to me this eveing on another site the same pattern tune stuck slot takes all money only to find you are logged out of the site,, Well by christ they handeled the situation totaly diffrent basically taken full responsiabilty and said you should not worry as all will be made correct, Then a educated myself and looked into this server erro and my god betfred most certainly knew there site was dodge and that the moneys there slots took when this error occurred should have been returned in full but no THEY KEPT ALL OF THEY ARE GUILTY OF LIES THEFT AND DISEPTION AND HONESTLY SHOULD HAVE THERE GAMING LICENCES REVOKED AND DEEMED UNFIT TO EVER HOLD ONE AGAIN HOW GREEDY CAN YO BE COM ON THEY HAVE BILLON ODD POUND TURN OVER BUT THEY STILL STOLE MY MONEY..  LCB am asking you to blacklist them as i have had a very extrem wrong done to me here which is bang out of order,,, FOR INFORMATION on internal server error and what and who is responsiable for it got to the site below folks and never again allow these dirty thives to tell you its your fault and clear yor cache because that is one hell of a big lie. AND THAT IS A TRUTHFULL FACT they robbed me shame on you betfred
