so yes, these images will explain it all but i havent got ID, so i have now met the wager with this win, but i dont have ID, so i cant withdraw, isnt this unfair, cos i dont think they will accept a birth certivicate, i havent been and asked support yet, but i know what they will say, so i have no choice but to play this off, i have never ever won this much before and the IRONY i cant withdraw cos i dont have ID anymore it expired, o well

Wow! It is always an AWESOME feeling to see 5x BIG wins with own eyes! And those are some really GREAT wins, I tell you! My protip? Take a break from it. Check with the casino if you can withdraw or not. But... how come you cannot withdraw in the first place..? Aren't you over 18, or? Whenever I play at casinos where they ask me for an ID, I just send them my details which includes back of my credit card, showing my signature and last for digits of the card, and just blackmarking everything else. Then I combine that with a shot of my passport and a bill/statement from my bank that verifies my address, and then it is all good. Takes no time. No need for a scanner either since you can just use a digi camera to take photos and just send them through e-mail to the support. That have ALWAYS worked for me, so I cannot see why it shouldn't work for you as well...

im 29 lol, my provissional driving license expired and i dont have a passport, i just spoke to support, they said just send what u have including the expired provissional, i will i think but i wont deposit the 21 until i know the ID as been approved......

and another wierd odd thing is the only withdraw method is wire transfer, nothing else, just this type, very odd in deed,

and yes i cant believe those screenshots either lmao, amazing, and such IRONY hahahahaha

Nice one LuckyRJ , I am sure they will help make arrangments somehow on a withdrawal method.. Do you mind if I ask which casino? If you only have your birth certificate you should be able to apply and get your other ID no?>

i have no reason to apply and pay moeny for something i wont need other for ID for casinos purposes, so i just dont and cant afford to apply for a passport or renew my provissional license,

i will see what happens when i send them all the stuff i have, hopefully what i have will be ok, but we will see, i will let you all know and thanks

o and forgot to mention, max withdraw was $125, so with the $21 i need to deposit i think it will be $146, not much but better than nothing if my ID i have is accepted lol
