        Hi Members,

In Arlington Heights, a suburb just outside of Chicago, a new law was past. It is now illegal to sell single serve liquor. No more single cans or bottles of beer. No more single serve bottles of wine. No more single serve anything that is liquor!!!!!

The reason behind it.........brace yourself for the insane reason! It's to keep homeless people and alcoholics from going in and making purchases. By not allowing it, the theory is there will be less drunks on the street.

        Does this make sense?

This makes no sense at all.

I go to my local little convenient store everyday, and i always see people buying one or two cans of beer. These are not your homeless people, regular working class folks who just want a couple of beers.

This law is not gonna stop keeping the drunks of the streets.

The street people aren't dumb. They'll just get a couple more of them, pool the money and take their share...:)

No, never been homeless, but have learned things
