    Pakistani schoolgirl Malala Yousafzai, who survived being shot in the head by the Taliban in October, has signed a book deal worth about $3m.

    Malala is just 15 years old but she managed to upset the Taliban because she actively campaigns for girls' education. And that's why she was shot by a Taliban gunman. She survived and now lives in Birmigham, UK.

    The book will be her own story and that of millions of others denied the chance to go to school. I'd surely love to read that book, maybe they'll make a movie as well.

    She is a very brave young lady indeed.  They've been showing her progress regularly on the news and she  very recently came out of hospital.  Good luck to her but will she be safe now?
