Is gambling in Belarus legal?
In my country it isnt, but I live in Spain and when I am there I can deposit, but now I am in home for 1 month and here gambling is prohibited.

Cause for example NETeller doesn't accept member from Belarus. So they cannot create NETeller accounts and deposit via NETeller. the same with Paypal,Click2pay, etc.
