        Hi guys...I'm not talking about any casinos inparticular since they pretty much all seem to do it, but just what is live chat for? Seems 90% of the times they can never answer your questions or solve your problems. What really irritates me is when I ask a SIMPLE question, like what documents do you accept as proof of address....that is a very simple question and anyone working should easily be able to tell you...but instead they tell YOU to look it up on their website and are even kind enough to paste the link! I mean really...if I wanted to go through all the WORK it takes to look up the site, browse it and find what I'm looking for I wouldn't have asked someone who WORKS there! Thats kinda like walking into walk-mart and asking an associate where the toy deptartment is and have them tell you where you can find a store map!!! I'm amazed at how half these reps even have a job. Where can I apply to find a job where I get to tell customers to look stuff up themselves or tell people to send in emails cause I don't have an answer for you....or even better I can just simply ignore or hang up on people....lol

        I think it is one of the biggest problems in online casinos. It is the only live person we have contact with and it needs to be realized it's live chat that represents the casinos.

        I realize some customers can be trying and it can be stressful but to answer simple questions about the casino should be easy to answer. I have been sent pop up messages at casinos to go to live chat or call them to verify who i am when its a new casino.

        If i go to live chat after being directed to do so they are clueless and tell me to call support.

        A bit of good customer service in live chat makes all the difference and can be the deciding factor whether we continue to play there or not.

        I agree Lips....if casinos would send their support group to some kind of training on how to deal with people they mind find their business doing alot better. I have left casinos before due to terrible customer service and will never go back to them because I already know if there is an issue it won't be taken care of......I realize I can be a pain in the butt sometimes but it just really gets me when I'm there for an iquiery (not complaint lol) and they just don't have answers. One time I left a casino I never played but was trying to play simply because after multiple chat sessions and multiple emails they wouldn't update my address!! lol...Thats a terrible reason to lose business and a dumb one too but some places are really that bad when it comes to customer service!
