  • Just to confirm regarding Casino Extreme, you cannot play at that casino (and are of course restricted from the shop item) if you are from Bosnia & Herzegovina.  If you cannot play at the casino because of their general country restrictions, it follows that you are automatically restricted (even if not shown as a restricted country) from the shop chip.

  • The week (7 days) would seem to run from the date the chip is credited to your Limoplay account.  So for example say you bought the Limoplay chip on Friday 21st October and it was credited on Monday 24th October, you can claim it again on 30th/31st October as you would be eligible to receive a further credit on 31st October.  I hope this helps explain the workings of the "once per week!.  Strictly 7 days from date of receipt of previous chip based on some denials I've seen.
