I Can agree more, they don't and can't manipulate the winning but they can cheat the program, Reset the game knowing a winning line is coming .

I used to not be a fan of rtg casinos mostly because of the insain dragging of their feet to pay your withdraws but now Im a fan of casinos like casino extreme they have close to instant withdraws and Ihave noticed the slots do pay . sometimes they dont but I can tell you they wins for me have been larger than some of the bitcoin casinos ive played at .
