Is there a hold up, i claimed over 27 hours ago, i had message from blueday yesterday and nothing since??
i know i said to ady its upto 48 hours, but i just hoped it wouldnt be that long, obviously it is getting close to that now

I didnt know you sent it, but i have not had it, i checked my skrill, and i did not get a email saying i had it credited yet, so it isnt my fault, maybe my skrill email address was misstyped, but the email i use is always the same, i even got the message i sent to blueday, and i wrote my emaill address correctly to her, i even got the message in my sent message inbox in this forum, there is no need to get upset to me, as this is not my fault.
EDIT: - i just rechecked 3 times now since i made this above post and i def wrote my email correctly, so maybe someone who ever issued the payment has typed my email wrong -

Terms say 48hrs, and it is there for a reason ! And i did say in my earlier post that our accountant will look into it and check for transaction number. They will check why the payment did not go through. So you need to allow some time, and exercise some patience.

It has nothing to do with being professional or not. It has to do with you not listening and /or reading what was said, and your lack of patience and neglecting the terms we have ( which state 48hours ).
The irony is, that in one of your yesterdays post you told one member how they are not patient and that they need to wait 48hrs, and then one day later what do you do?
Now i did say you moan and bitch, and stating the facts can't be considered as unprofessional.
You are bombarding me with messages,emails and repeated posts, when you are well aware what I wrote originally.
So it is beyond me why are you continuing to post how you did not get paid yet, when I clearly told you we will look into it.
So seriously need to drop it and show some patience because I have no time to explain this all over again. -

RJ, take some time to read what Zuga has said, you are clinging on a few words when in fact his messages all say the same thing: "be patient, we're taking care of your payment". Patience from your part includes not posting the same issue over and over again, that can annoy even the calmest people in the world.

I read this yesterday up to LJ last post and wanted to comment but decided not to..lol. thank goodness I was not the only one who thought that she was acting over the top. I don't understand why someone would complain about getting free money and 48 hours was NOT even close to being up...lol. even if it was over 48 hours , so what. LCB has always paid and to complain is just insane to me. so sorry zuga that you have to deal with people like that. I love LCB forum. If it was not for LCB , I would not have all the prizes that I have won from bingo. Must say I am shocked to read something like this. RJ is one of the reasons LCB would consider not doing this at all. Why would they bother having these great prizes for members if all they get is moans. All you need to learn is show some respect and patience. I doesn't matter if you have been here several years and have 100.000 posts but show respect and be grateful for all the great things LCB gives to players. They all do an amazing work here and yes they do also have a life. I think you forget there is over 60.000 members here. There are lots of abusers and spammers which is reason they need time to check everything through. And of course cant just give instant. I had my chip for Crazy Vegas really Quick.. So just wanted to give my big thansk to Blue and others here at LCB.

I understand that sometimes things can look one way but are not what you think RJ. To lose someone with such a helpful and knowledgeable attitude toward helping members would be a shame. My grandmother often told me to take what i need and throw the rest away and that is what i do even when i do not agree with what someone else says or does.Sometimes things must be done to keep peace even if we do not understand at the time I think Lips and johnny has given good advice so it is up to you what you do with it.
