The REAL Christmas List

I know we all want a Merry Christmas, Good Will, Happy Yule Tide, Blessings with Togetherness, Givingsness and Thankfulness for what we have, the spirit of love, a fantastic Christmas for our children.. you know what i mean.. but what is on your REAL Christmas list, what would you love to have as in a Gift..

Well, i'll start with mine..

The Aaah Bra
Trojan Twister (erm i just wanna see peoples hair blown back.. really, honest)
Hover'round..with the little basket and cup holder

A clone,a new and refreshed body would be nice

OMG can I please have a car that will get me to the store and maybe hopefully soon to work, and enough money to keep it up and pay insurance and taxes.  That's all I want. 

Aaaaw chilly... gosh.. if i had a car i sure would give it to you.. 

I thought SOOO hard about this question....a few years ago I could have thought of so many material things that I couldn't live without and just had to have.  But now...as I get a little older and have recently gone through some physical, emotional and financial struggles....I cannot think of a dang thing that jumps out at me, screaming "buy me" or "please gift to me"!  I think more along the lines of things that I need...not want...such as feed for my livestock (ok...(20) 50# bags of livestock feed would be FANTASTIC...or two new horse blankets for my horses), lumber/materials so my hubby can build that storage shed he's been dreaming of..goofy stuff like that.  Isn't this just the saddest thing ever....that I can't even want a new pair of cowboy boots (I'm a country girl...not a city girl) or the newest electronic gadget on the market (many moons ago, that would have been my #1 pick)?  I want nothing for myself...just a few things for my critters and my hubby   But I sure like reading what others have on THEIR list!

hymacaw, this is exactly what this thread is for. so you can SAY what you REALLY want, what you desire.. no matter what it is.. sometimes even though we know we won't get it, it feels so good just to be able to say it.. even that is a good feeling..

For Christmas I would really, really like a free chip from Jackpot Party....but I guess they don't give them.  :'( :'(

Omg  i wanted to start a thread about Christmas but thought i'd be shot cuz it was too early. I love Christmas!

Ya know i never really think about what i want cuz i'm busy trying to figure out the best gifts for everyone else.

But now that you got me thinking on it...........

A New Mercedes

A a 5 carat rock ( i won't be picky any fine gem will do)!

A trip around the world

And a box of the worlds most expensive chocolates.

I want the ghd Scarlet Collection hair straightener, new perfume (fresh and clean not powdery and sweet) and I'd love a red leather Gucci handbag.

One last thing and this is most important. I want a big compound built so family and friends can live all in one place.

I'd like us ALL to get along on this forum... it to be around 70 and sunny here in Chicagoland and oh yeh,world peace.

I'd like for my family to be able to be together for Christmas.
My family with my mom and dad, brother and his family and sister and her family.

We all live in different states and it's financially impossible to be together now.


After lips drives a few miles, I'll take the mercedes off her hands.
After lips gets tired of carrying around 5 carats on her finger, I'll take the ring.
After lips gets home from her trip around the world, she can find and pay for a great decorator to redo my basement... after all, she got the best presents.

I would like enough money to keep my home from being auctioned off in December or at least enough to be able to rent another place, a medical insurance policy, and to not be denied my disability insurance.

Oh, and a regular full-time job for my hubby.

I wanna add to my list.. i was admiring the newest audis and BMW's, i'd like it in dark candy apple red with darkest camel brown leather interier, big wheels and REAL bmw rims and i'd like to also add.. either a sleep number bed i think my number is 75.. i like it firm but not tohard. or a temper pedic the one that forms and remembers the shape of body, you can put a glass a wine on it and jump up and down without spilling it..

I want to thank you guys for such nice caring about my situation... I don't say much about it, but since this is the REAL Christmas List I was hoping maybe Santa would grant a wish or two for me this year. The lump of coal in my stocking is just not doing it for me.

And imagin.ation when you get that candy apple red car at Christmas, remember one thing... the other name for that color paint is "Hello Officer Red." 

LMAO.. no no this is DARK red color.. not that bright bloody hello officer red, it looks amost.. brownish maroon, you see that a redish tint.. its deeper.. i can't explain it.. and that lump of coal... pass it to someone else, like when you get a gift that is rediculous but not too bad to toss for example that.. weirded green fuzzy turtleneck you pass it along tosomeone else for christmas.. but be careful make sure it's someone that lives in another state and not all in the family.. or it might come back too you years later.. you know i got a pet rock when i was a little girl, complete with it's own little cage and caring instructions, he came with shredded paper ad the instructions were to cange the schedded paper as that was his litter so he doesn't sit in dirty litter.. i named him ricky rock (lucky for me he never had babies id have to rename him) when i got it i was like.. mom.. i got a rock for christmas, they must have halloween and christmas confused (i thought it was from charlie brown heck i was so little i didn't know) anyways this rock it worth money now!

Re-gifting that lump of coal (or that hideous sweater) never occurred to me. thanks for the tip. I think it was Seinfeld that did an episode on re-gifting once... pretty funny.

And do you still have "Ricky"? Bet if you do you have not changed his litter lately!

Yes i still have that pet rock, i think they live a long long time, he never grew and would never make a sound haha, he just sat there i don't even know if he was staring into space, infact i didn't know the front of him to the back of him, hell as many timesas i picked up up to play with him.. i don't know if i had him a$$ up or what, i remember walking away from him once and thinking if i sat him on his head or not.. well he never complained.. LMAO

yeah but have you changed his litter? What if he is indeed upside down and backwards with his little head all stuck in that dirty litter from years gone by! Oh my!

hmm.. i could really use a new keyboard.. my space bar is all screwy.. i'd like one thats liquid proof (i think i've got a pot a whole pot of coffee and bottle of kalua in between the keys) and you can just put it in the washing machine when it needs cleaning

This reminded me of a story that had me rolling on the floor.

I was working at an office and computers had just become popular in the workplace.  An employee had to call a computer tech and he was walking her through ways to get it fixed.  He was throwing out terms for her to type like... act*/*... and she was getting flusterd at looking like a fool.

I almost fell off my chair when I saw her going across her keyboard with her finger.  She said "I don't see one".  She again moved her finger across the entire keyboard and again said "No, I don't have one".  He was telling her to press the space bar.   It wasn't marked so she couldn't find it.

LMAAAOOO.. gabby! Thats a great story.. love it!

and yes Katt..i apologize for not mentioning this sooner, please forgive me, i am sorry.. i know during this time of the year it can really hit you hard, may all your despair be softened with good news.. i really hope your dreams and wishes come true as soon as tomorrow!
