        Hi Members,

The legendary Elizabeth Taylor passed away today from congestive heart failure at age 79. Winning three Oscars including Who's Afraid of Virginia Wolf and Butterfield 8.

Her personal life didn't come without struggle and strife. Back pain plagued her since the age of 12 when she fell off a horse. Having failed with 8 marriages, she has had her share of heartache.

Rest in peace Liz......you will be remembered for your beauty.

OMG! I must be living under a rock! I had no idea. Her jewelry collection was amazing.

R.I.P. to a true American beauty.

Sad news. Heard it on the way home from work and dj was announcing it like a joke and making wise cracks. Didn't see the humor in it.

She was part of the "Golden Age of Hollywood" from the 1930-1960's, when the illusion was a wonderful fantasy, people wanted meet these actors and get lost in the bliss of wealth and imagination.  I will remember E. Taylor for her work on AIDS, imo should be as memorable as her career.  RIP
