This commercial was banned in the US and to be honest i am glad it was. It's advertising candy for goodness sake and doesn't that draw kids?

Hmm that looks like a hoax to me. I would be very shocked to ever see anything like that on American TV. Are there any countries that would allow a commercial that graphic?

OMG no - it has to be a hoax surely?  You wouldn't see it here although after 9pm at night, anything goes but I think it is one step too far to be real.
