My Husband works for a large company. Around 5:30pm today, several computers were attacked through their secure network; bypassing all anti-virus countermeasures.
Over the course of two hours, more than 500 pcs became infected until the network connection was cut.
According to several web pages, this attack is part of an SQL Injection Infection called "Yawn" or "LizaMoon"
The SQL Injector, as it’s becoming known, can affect just about any machine that is using an SQL database. Whether the machine is using ASP, ColdFusion, JSP, PHP, or whatever else, the Injector doesn’t care.

dang hackers.  I hope that Sony's network folks were able to recover quickly.

I picked the wrong day for my symantec/Norton subscription to expire...
