What Moments Will You Remember Most of 2009?

It will be memories with my kids, some special wins gambling, some times alone with the Lord.

It certainly was not the economy or President Obama!  Or my love life.

Being laid off for the second time in my life..The walking to and fro to get to work (Uphill both ways! )

Making that win which got me a car

Getting a car...

Christmas at Neices home.

2009 - is the year i lost what i had all my winnings and personal savings i had gathered from 2007 and 2008...i was frustrated, disappointed, ashamed, humbled...on top of that I lost my mojo...my drive to win..to compete...it effected my thinking and my choices...i was making clumsy mistakes left and right...losing money pointlessly and carelessly...and then I was reminded why I was here...and it was actually from the threads and posts found here at LCB about God and about giving...after posting what I had been reminded of...within that week, a week before the year is about to end...I win all my money back...HA! how do like you that one? I do! The gambling gods must have been testing me...see if soda would break....but nope...you see my God made me a gambler, a very kind-hearted and generous one...and one day all shall see just what a great gambler I am by what i give. =)

The thing I will remember most from 2009 is making dear friends here on LCB and catching the dirtbag who robbed my house back in August. If it wasn't for helping a now dear friend I met here on LCB I would have never caught the dirtbag. And for that, I will always remember the kind, wonderful friends here at LCB.

Sometimes god takes us to rock bottom to make us stronger, and open our eyes to see what is really important. I love the fact that you won all your money back, but please take this as a learning experience and put money away for your future. You are a young smart man, don't let the evilness of gambling blind you. WE ARE GOING TO FONDELMENTALY CHANGE AMERICA...as per the new world order

I didn't like last year. So many bad things happened, but the worst was that my older brother was killed. I hope he have it better now wherever he is.
So if I never seems to be happy, that is true. I'm not! Maybe it will change, maybe not. Playing and winning don't make me happy, but at least I can escape for sometime.

2009 for me was good and bad, good coz' i found some one special and get Merry, and bad coz' i didn't' talk to my daughter after try 1000 times and 1000 messages didn't' get response back and of course the economy in USA is affecting most people from different country,,, that's life in own terms some good and most bad.

2009 has been my personal worse year, not in any financial situations, just slightly, but mainly emotionally and mentally.. just depression, and for me thats rare to be, towards the end it got better... and better..
