Why Would Someone Do This?

I know that for the past few years, tattoos and piercings have become the latest craze in the "look at me" parade young kids are marching in daily.
Heck, even my own daughter wanted her belly button pierced for her 17th birthday; I had her dad take her for that gift. Even during, she kept hounding him to let her get a tattoo with the 'we're already here' argument.

Very well done but I'm not a huge fan of that kind of artwork.
Sleeve tats are the worst.

I don't care for tatoos on women but I do like them on a man's arm and don't even mind them on the neck.

It's an amazing picture and must have taken hours and hours to have done.  Do you think he had it done all in one go?

I can't imagine it was all in one setting, unless he likes pain 
I also can't imagine what that must have cost.
Like Jeff Foxworthy says, "If you've ever financed a tattoo..." 

        That must have been extremely time consuming, not to mention painful.  Probably cost a pretty penny too. 

Not really big on tattoos, especially on women. I think they look worse as the person gets older.

I thought the same thing too but then I saw the partially naked lady on his/her right arm.
Doesn't really mean anything but I figured not every woman would have that; only certain types.
The whole thing could be photoshopped to fool everyone
