Business man Donald Trump filed a lawsuit on Tuesday against Trump Entertainment Resorts, a descendant of a corporate entity he ran at one time, claiming that two Atlantic City casinos, the Trump Plaza and the Trump Taj Mahal, have gone to sh*t affecting his brand and causing customer confusion.
Trump left the casino business behind five years ago but now he wants his name off as the casinos are not up to industry standards in terms of hotel services, food and beverage operations and overall cleanliness.
Trump Entertainment Resorts must correct the issues violating Trump's licensing agreement or take his name off of both the casinos and the company.
