it said the same thing for me as well..coupon is inactive for right now contact customer support. i am chatting with them right now but the guy NICK doesnt seem to want to be so helpful

Live Help told me coupon had expired but I could try them out in practice mode or make a deposit. (so I thanked them for there time and told them I would play elsewhere) she was kind of rude in a polite way.

Maybe, they closed the promotion when a bunch of people started collecting it!!

I appreciate your posts too.  I have never understood why so many people feel it is necessary to post "it worked for me" ..."it didn't work for me" ..."it worked for me and it was great" ...."they told me it was expired" to be very honest with you, I don't really want to know, or need to know if it worked for someone or not. THOSE POSTS TAKE UP A BUNCH OF SPACE where the codes used to be, now we gotta wade through all those postings to get to the codes.
The real bummer is that when I log in and see activity on a casino post,  I think "oh cool,  a new chip"  but no,  it is just a bunch of people complaining  about "it didn't work for me" and there isn't even a code.
We are all here for the same reason to get free chips or ND codes. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. I am grateful for the ones that work and if they don't, oh well, it didn't cost me anything to find out, huh? Thanks for the $10. It really was quite a boring game though and the bonus round came up alot but never really paid anything. Half of the time you did not even get enough to make a difference. I really do not like the fact that after the playthrough you cannot cash out unless you have a minimum of $200. Those are pretty crummy rules. After wagering $350 to satisfy the requirements it would have been nice to be able to cash out the $100 that I had. Oh well.

Thanks for the code it worked for me, but then it's all disappeared as I left that page trying to look for the Cleo game. Apparently once I exit that page all the bonus balance will permanently lost. So make sure you play it out before going else where on the casino. Good luck:)
