I receive the same email, minimum twice in a  month but this casino was active with a different name before and so they say already claimed...

rubbish, UK players are not allowed the free chip, even though it clearly says on the promotions page "£" ($/€/£10). The guy in support said no UK players and he even said he would contact promotions to inform them about it.

It tells me to be careful and dont deposit there, if a casino doesnt even know that UK cerrency is £ then they shouldnt be in operation
