I told you about my friend that spends  A LOT  of money with the on line casinos.
I told you that he has to call customer service to get any kind of comps. I have never seen him receive ANY codes via email from the casinos to thank him for his business.
I wanted to be sure I am giving out good information, so
I just checked with him to make sure and NO he has never received anything from any of the casinos for his loyalty through his email accounts. He has always had to call and bug them or make some kind of effort to get anything from the casinos that he has made deposits with. Also, he isn't always successful when he calls to ask for a comp. Sometimes they tell him no or give him a really small one.
Like I said he spends  A LOT of money with the on line casinos, I'm talking a grand a month or more.
So, don't get your hopes up and don't feel picked on, that's just the way things are.
