Hi, It may be the amount of money you have to spend. They told me once they give them out at their discretion.  It may go by loyalty points. I've quit depositing @ villento and rich reels as of this last spring.  After eight years of loyalty, not once have they given me credits for my birthday or free spins on anything, at anytime.
Then again, I've calculated how much I've spent and how much has been withdrawn.
$4325 over eight years, combined deposits for both.
$35950 at rich reels and $21500 at villento, withdrawals.
Guess I don't really have too much to moan about
