I don't know where you got the offer from, but I deposit with them both (Villento, and Rich Reels) 3-5 times a week.

Their customer service told me before that the free spins were at their discretion, to their loyal customers, and so far I have been getting them except for one week, for months, every Monday for Rich Reels you have to log in between 12:01 am MON to 12:00 MIDNIGHT ONLY

and for Villento:  every Tuesday between 12:01 am to 12:00 MIDNIGHT ONLY.

If you didn't log in between these times, (ESD) it would not have worked.

   I have dumped quite a bit there and this is the first time I've gotten free spins like this. I guess sometimes the whoring can be a bit tasteless in some places, it can ruin the pleasure of gift giving and spoil the surprise. Probably my own fault. Satansmuff I am sorry to see you so bitter. This can be the most painful of addictions,or even pastimes. Sometimes it can even be fun. I'm sorry for going on and on, I suppose this is one of my things. I am so relieved right now I thought my computer was having a stroke, I took 1 big thing off and it's not perfect but much better.

Well, I'm not so sure that's true imagination....I got my free spins like clockwork BEFORE I started making deposits....it's AFTER I became a regular is when I no longer got them! Hello!  I also received the cd in the mail last week but USA was not an option even though the letter stated "any location accepted".  After talking to live help I was told if you location is not an option you can not join!  I was very disappointed!!!  Are you in the US?  Where you able to sign up?  Good luck!

I have just started playing at this casino, the live support is very good.
