  • I've take a lot of time going through the casino's here on LCB but today I finally had to blow up.  >:(    Too many times I have taken the codes that I trust from certain administrators and have taken time out to pull up the Casino Site. It's bad enough to have to go one by one and constantly receive a pop up message of negative bull.

    Tonight was the final straw! I noticed "Lips" has taken time out to input all the Casinos that had bonus codes. I put in the 2 codes Lips had for Big Dollar Casino and both times, I was declined.

    I finally had enough and got in touch with Live Chat and as usuall I did not get anywhere.

    Mind you, back when I did receive 15 free spins, (nothing more) I was able to play maybe, about 3 mins. if I was lucky. shocked 

    Everything with this Casino along with it's Sister Casino's are all by invite only. Gee! It only took me 8 months and a phone call to them to finally be invited. As though they are so important.  :-\

    I have here a transcript of speaking to one of the reps. Boy! They have no problem being uncaring and rude.  My only question is, why is LCB even acknowledging these kind of casino's?

    ME: oh dear, guess I won't be invited. I refuse to deposit to a casino site that does not allow to test the games first. I will though, let LCB know about the invites and let them know we cannot try games out without a deposit.

    ME: Donovan, Customer Service Reps should know, "The customer is ALWAYS right"..as far as the "free spins" as you can see, didn't last long at all. No kudos for you as a customer rep.

    Donovan: A casino is a business at the end of the day,we take care of our depositing and loyal players by giving them free offers on a weekly basis.If you do not deposit then you will not be getting invites,the free spins were to test the game irrespective of how long it lasted,the casino still granted you something free

    ME: True of what u said but I do stand behind LCB since they are the ones that promote All Casinos and we are mostly the ones that play games with LCB Casino Reviews. I will be sending this transcript to LCB and making sure they are aware of no games for no depositors.   • I'm gonna have to side with Lips on this one; she can only point out the drink specials at the bar as it were...she can't make the waitress serve you.
    These casinos are particularily fussy and codes work for some, while not for others. I'm sorry it's frustrating for you; it is for alot of people, myself included at times. But for those the codes did work for, we're happy Lips (and others) gave us the heads up

    I think we can all relate 2 your feelings of frustration w/ this particular group of casinos.  LCB doesn't 'promote' them, the mods simply provide codes 2 us as they become aware of them.  Whether a specific code will be honored is pretty much hit or miss; there r those of us who have tried a code one day, and r denied; we try the same code the next day, & it works.  Despite what Donovan says, there r also non-depositors who have been successful in claiming codes, so the codes r NOT always necessarily 4 depositors-only.  Again, it's hit or miss.  U will also get different answers depending upon which customer support rep u talk with; I'm willing 2 bet if I went & spoke 2 Donovan right now, I'd receive a completely different explanation, simply b/c this seems 2 b routine w/ them.  Each support person provides a different explanation, which is very frustrating sad
    That being said, ultimately we play @ our own risk.  The mods here have advised all of us 2 use discretion, but in the end the choice 2 play @ certain sites is up 2 the individual.

  • Yup Timan, u hit the ol head of the nail, squarely with head of the hammer on that one, and many others, I might ad. Slotoholic, If I may, it might ease some of the pain, to know your not being singled out. I too, have gone around in circles with them. I tell ya, when one gets off that merry-go-round, they put you on, at least I feel like dynomiteing my PC, then barfing on it, to put out the flames.
    I must say this, I did recieve a check from grand eagle for a little under $500.00, (their processing fee, $10.00 bucks or so) on a NDB.
    I guess what I'm attempting to say is, our forum, is our forum. To bash the forum, or mods, is of no use. There here to help, and will if they can. Here at LCB, we cheer and enjoy, when someone wins, we grunt and groan, when issues such as yours occur.
    Finishing, if I may, and I realize 8 months is quite a bit of time, as you stated earlier, attempt to give these casinos some more time, on recognizeing you, difficult as it may be.
    Big numbers of people are closeing their acts. with these casinos, out of frustration, such as you've described. I wouldn't, but thats me. Something inside of me, is saying, these casinos will have to do a huge promo, in the future, to get everyones head out of the gutter, (speaking conservatively), or risk closeing their doors, with all the negative publicity going on, regarding their ways of operation.

  • You know the risks you take when you sign up to casinos like this and you have a nice clear warning here BUT just because you didn't manage to redeem a couple of codes that Lips has posted, doesn't mean you can start moaning about her.

    Lips works exceptionally hard for all of you here on LCB - and you have to say that she does a fantastic job.  Just because two codes didn't work, you shouldn't really start moaning about the moderator who posted them.  I'm sure it won't be the first time a code has not worked...you only have to look through this entire section for the "didn't work for me" posts...and I'm sure it won't be the last code that didn't work for someone somewhere.

    You need to calm down a little and try and be as respectful to Lips in the same way that Lips is always respectful  to everyone. 

    Heed the warnings that are there to be read and you shouldn't go too far wrong.

    actually we are NOT promoting these guys. Like the chat representative said to you, we have no affiliation with them.

    On top of this we got warnings about this group of casinos.

    Also Lips did not take time out to input bonus codes. The weekly page is updated every Monday.

    Plus we do have a disclaimer on the Weekly No Deposit Casino Codes page, where we stated that NOT all codes will work for every player due to multiaccounting, bonus whoring, redeeming several codes in a row.

    What Lips is doing here is going through all the codes that have been posted at forums in the last week, by LCB members, and she updates the list accordingly. It takes a lot of time and effort to go through all the code pages and her hard work should be and IS appreciated.

    Im not sure why your attack against Lips and LCB Administration. I repeat , we DO NOT promote these guys.

    Great majority of our readership enjoys these codes. They are the ones who post and share them with LCB community. We dont feel we should censor such posts, but thats why we got those warnings up.
    If members choose to neglect these warnings then thats their prerogative.

  • I have to start out by saying one thing. Maybe i don't say it often enough. Maybe it's not the moment here. But i have to speak from the heart.........

    I read the support from all you not only for me but for LCB and it really got me. I am very touched and i mean that with the utmost sincerity. Thank you for that.

    As far as the rogue casinos are concerned. Ironically i made a conscious decision to not even post the Grand Prive or Grand Eagle group starting last week. I have always warned members to use discretion when playing at these casinos.

    You the members are what makes these groups thrive. It is the most active threads in this section! You must remember that this is a public forum and we do not censor posts about casinos that are less than desirable.

    This is YOUR forum and by the looks of it many do like these groups. How fair would it be to remove posts? Not fair at all. LCB is very fair.....fair to each and every member here whether we support a casino or not. Let's not forget that.

  • I understand your frustration slots.  Although I am happy when other members get freebies and I don't... I often wonder... what the?, why didn't I get it too?

    I agree it's not Lips fault, just as it wouldn't be my fault if I posted a code that worked for me but not everyone else.

    The support leaves much to be desired.  Many are downright rude with the exception of Jasmine, who is quite kind.

    Try and be happy you're not like me... deposited somewhere last night.. again...and lost it all

  • I would like to explain about my comment towards Big Dollar Casino...Not once did I mean to make it sound as though, Lips was in any fault towards this. I was merely focusing on the Casino, the Customer Service and the way the Casino and it's sister Casino are always making it too hard to be able to play their games. Their are alot of us that do enjoy to enter into a new casino and would like to practice several of their games before we put any deposits up front.

    As far as Lips goes, I have found her to be an outstanding member, whom, by the way is one of the first I seek when I enter here. She has a great personality  and by all means do I ever want her to think, she is Not Appreciated.

    I do realize it is not her fault when she post any of the codes that are either "expired" or "no longer exist"....I find that to be the Casino's responsibility.

    When I asked why should LCB acknowledge these certain casino's that are very rude to our LCB members, I do tend to question if these Casino's understand that without LCB they would not have as many customers as they do. 

    Some of these Casino's really act as though we are there to get nothing more than freebees, where in fact, most would rather play for free and make sure the casino site is trust worthy before investing their hard earn money.

    Again, I would like to apologize to all whom have thought I was going towards Lips in any negative way.  And to you Lips, I give you my personal "Kudos" for all the wonderful and hard work you have continued to do.  kiss
