Thanks. I tried but, no go, and not that I didn't try! He told me that they will be sending out an email real soon in regards to a special bonus just for us depositors. - yeah i too have spent alot of money here, and i am feeling a little abused by cleos, just feel like they could do a little more for people that have spent money, love the games just really dont like how they have treated me been trying to cash out since feb 2nd and it is still pending, tried to cashout small win a couple of weeks ago did the same thing so i cancelled it just so i could play again, just seems like if they want you to keep spending your money there they would process your payouts a little faster cause i want to play but cant until its processed, so i just keep waiting and waiting
- If there is a telephone number to call, I would try that. I haven't won/cashed-out at Cleo's but, I know with other casino's, trying to contact them by email is a complete waste of time and effort because they NEVER respond and Live Chat, they are worthless. if you ask me, they act like the money is coming out of there pocket.
