        Just something they gave to me probably because I'm a depositor and I politely stated my opinion....  Maybe just something other forum members want to try if they have deposited in the past...

        they have sent out an email to new users with the promo AND a much better explanation of the terms of this deposit bonus.  to me, they've done nothing more than most casinos, offering a free $100 bonus that you can't have until you deposit.  but other casinos are usually giving you some freespins after you retrieve your deposit bonus so that you feel a little better.

        Thanks. I tried but, no go, and not that I didn't try! He told me that they will be sending out an email real soon in regards to a special bonus just for us depositors. I asked him when but, all he said was that I should be getting it soon So, keep an eye out for any emails from them. Best of luck to ya!

        yeah i too have spent alot of money here, and i am feeling a little abused by cleos, just  feel like they could do a little more for people that have spent money, love the games just really dont like how they have treated me been trying to cash out since feb 2nd and it is still pending, tried to cashout  small win a couple of weeks ago did the same thing so i cancelled it just so  i could play again, just seems like if they want you to keep spending your money there they would process your payouts a little faster cause i want to play but cant until its processed,  so i just keep waiting and waiting

        Yes here is what they did to me. Jan. 30 I hit a royal flush bet max of .50 (2.50 total) and payout was 4000 coins. Should have paid me $2000.00 but only gave me about 750.00. I have contacted live support twice and still nothing is being done

        If there is a telephone number to call, I would try that. I haven't won/cashed-out at Cleo's but, I know with other casino's, trying to contact them by email is a complete waste of time and effort because they NEVER respond and Live Chat, they are worthless. if you ask me, they act like the money is coming out of there pocket. They never want to give you anything. Seems like they will do or say anything NOT to give you whatever your have coming to you. Best of luck to both of you!! Hope you get it!!!

        If you go to http://www.cleosviproom.com/howtowin.html it says "Participants can email support@cleosviproom.com with a link to their favorite product from VIRTUALSPREE.com online store and get $2 in Free Game Chips." ... I did this and then contacted live support to ask how long it would take.... this is the response... was thinking about depositing there... but not after this
