        Yes, it's definitely 1 of the cheesiest casinos & I will never deposit there; But I've been SO desperate these last few days, saw the free code, & figured 'what the heck.'

        You downloaded the casino, created an account and claimed the free chip.
        Played out the free chip and lost.
        Then tried to create another "new" account but the software would not allow you to.

        Part of this is because of user identifying code built into the software. It is not solely a matter of "tracking cookies" instead when you uploaded the casino to your computer it left a marker somewhere in your registry. this marker identifies and communicates to the casino software that your computer already has a registered account, and then prevents you from making a duplicate.

        This is not that uncommon, even RTG software "recognizes" your computer even after uninstalling, clearing your caches and cookies and reinstalling it. You will get the "new user" registration pop up, but if you close the screen, you will see your first log in name staring back at you.

        I have not downloaded this casino, but it looks like they have something in place to prevent multiple acccounts being created from a single computer.

        If i go into my reg edit, and clean it out, will this in turn clean out this marker for good?

        Wish it were that easy. Problem is that the "identifier" does not identify itself that easily. I tried looking for it once, but was unable to pinpoint what and how it was code. I have used reg cleaners, reg edit to go in and seek it out but I am still baffled. Even uninstalling, then cleaning and the "identifier is still there the next time you reinstall.

        I redeemed the code "5CBSY"  after Jade posted it yesterday and was able to claim it instantly. On the other hand, not sure I am real happy the casino giving out my real name.... Yes, I am "That" James Wickham, and whether it was a personal code or what have you, giving my personal info out to the internet is a BIG no no.

        Yes, they goofed. He goofed.

        He also apologized, enough to satisfy me anyway.

        I am not the litigious type, preferring to go direct to the source before I start swinging. In this case, some of the "rudeness" is a language/culture difference and once more LCB has overwhelmed a new casino promotion with more folks than they had conceived of participating. When they found that Posada had gotten the code from here, Sean's intent was to have Posada contact me at the board to remove the posted code... Seems they had CS tied up for hours trying to explain why they could not redeem the code and saw this as a possible solution.

        Still wrong, which they acknowledged, but they did take the time to explain their side, so I harbor no ill will.

        I am soooooooooo sorry you had so much trouble with that code.....
        I see now, how problems can be created for anyone of us either posting a code with the best intentions of helping another avid-slot-player like you or myself. And on the other hand, like what just happened to you, just casually using a  posted code, not knowing exactly what the casinos intentions were when they sent it out.  In my own defense, I did post it exactly the way it was sent to my email address.  You can see that the casino did not know if they were sending it to a member or nonmember because they gave both options (if you are a member --here is how to use this code, if your not a member this is how you do it).
        Anyway, for those who must have their public lynching, I'm guilty! Also to prevent further sins I have removed that post.  Again Jim, my most sincere apology.  I luv playing the slots and I don't have a negative bone in my body. You win some, you loose some, its all in the name "entertainment."

        Jade, no worries here. The code did not say it was personal, i just happened to be the first to try it. Which answers Kitty as well, it was not that I posted it, or they "knew" I posted it, it was that I redeemed it... and afterwards a bunch of others tryed to redeem it as well stating they found it on a forum board.

        They simply added 2+2 and came out with 5

        Well I finally heard from the casino about my cashout. One the corrected me by telling me that the max cashout on the VIP100 coupon was only 200 dollars not 250. Also I had to email them a picture ID because they do not have a fax number. Also the payout via debit card or Quick Tender. (????). I will keep you updated on what happens and whether I receive the 200 dollars or not
