I met wagering requirements and got 20 euro, managed to 25 and than lost them all 

I won around 95€ changing different slots, always at the lowest stake.

They simply copy and paste a standard message without taking care of the single customer.
In my case there were a second ticket opened, no reply of course.

Good service is very important, I think their bad support is because they are new and probably saving some money by cutting the support staff I know I would do the same thing. In the end we all get the bonus money so patience is necessary

ok, guys, i manage to wager the bonus and win 100€, withdrow 10 days ago, 5 days ago send documents,  confirmed  the payment 2 days ago, and recive the payment today, all 100€ even if i withdrow with banktransfer, so no fee -.-, and i m romanian with italian documents , so when i register i put the address of italy and it work, and the money i withdrow in to my romanian bank, so the fee was 20€ but i didnt pay the fee, so do not know what to think...
