I have been stubbornly trying to redeem this bonus but alas,  live support is "currently offline.......blah blah blah"  is the only fruit of my labors so far

Great bonus  lost it all
The casino brings a bug to your computer dont think its something dangerous. But it stayed on my computer even after removing the casino.
If you like to remove it go to
search for files--> (Search all files even hidden)GCNOTIFIER.EXE. find out where the thing is hiding and remove it manually
