Man they have the slowest LIVE CHAT..inetbet's email support is quicker.  I gave my info then waited 5 minutes and was told to pick a door.  5 minutes later I got "your request has been sent to promotions to be credited sorry for the inconvienence".  Then I asked what the door won and she said (and I  quote) "surpise" (yep spelled just like that).  Then I asked another question 10 minutes ago and nothing.  Oh wait she answered my question.  Now another 30 minutes at the next casino.
